FAQs
Where is the QB2 serial number located?
The QB2 serial number is located inside the accessory compartment on the handle and is required when registering your warranty online. Please ensure you retain the packaging in case you need to return your product for any reason. A proof of purchase must be retained in case you require servicing during the warranty period.
How do you attach the QB2 rear wheels?
The QB2 has no definitive left or right wheel. To attach the rear wheels:
- Place the QB2 face down on a dry, clean, flat and soft surface
- Push and hold down the Quick Release Button while sliding the wheel axle into the wheel housing as far as it will go
- Release the Quick Release Button and pull the wheel out slightly to lock. An audible ‘click’ confirms the wheel is in the correct position
- Repeat the process for both rear wheels
How do you adjust the QB2 handle height?
The QB2 offers a wide range of different handle heights to suit all golfers. To adjust the handle height, unlock the upper release lever, move the handle into the desired position and resecure the lever.
Does the QB2 have a parking brake?
The QB2 includes a foot-operated parking brake to hold the trolley in position while you play your shot. Always ensure the trolley has come to a complete stop before applying the parking brake. Step on the Brake Pedal and release your foot to engage the parking brake. Repeat these steps to release the parking brake.
What can I do if my QB2 is not running in a straight line?
This can be caused by several factors, including a slightly loose bag support or an unevenly packed bag. Please check these before making any further adjustments.
NB - The following instructions are ONLY applicable to QB2 models featuring a front wheel adjustment lever.
- Lift the quick release lever positioned on the front wheel housing and loosen the wheel nut
- There is one small metal thumb wheel on the left hand side of the housing that is used to realign the wheel
- If your trolley is veering to the right (when walking behind it), turn the thumb wheel downwards
- If your trolley is veering to the left (when walking behind it), turn the thumb wheel upwards
- Tighten the wheel nut and push down the lever to lock the wheel back into place
- This procedure can be carried out until you are happy the QB2 is moving in a straight line
